35 Years of Building, One Clear Purpose

SANA was founded by Joe and Rachel—two builders who spent decades refining their craft before deciding to do things differently. This is design-build with intention, using materials that support health and stand the test of time.

Why We Started SANA

After 35 years of combined experience across residential construction, heritage restoration, and sustainable building, we saw the same problems repeated: homes built with materials that off-gas, trap moisture, or fail within a generation.

SANA exists to offer an alternative. We use hempcrete, lime renders, natural timbers, and other materials that work with the environment rather than against it. Every project starts with the question: how will this home support the people living in it?

Based in regional Victoria, we work with clients who value quality over speed and longevity over trends. Whether it's a new build, a sensitive heritage restoration, or an extension to an existing home, we bring the same care to every project.
